- What forms of Payment do you accept? We accept PayPal and major credit cards processed via PayPal.

- Can you estimate my shipping costs? We charge a flat-rate shipping of $6 for US customers and $10 for International customers.
- How long does it take my order to ship? Most orders ship out in 3-5 business days. Large orders and orders with special requests or customizations can take 2-3 weeks.
- How long does it take to receive my order? Once shipped, orders within the US should arrive in 2-5 days. International orders are unpredictable and can take 1-8 weeks to arrive depending on locations and delays in customs.
- Can I change or cancel by order once it’s placed? If you need to change or cancel an order please contact us immediately. Every effort will be made to adjust your order.

- Do you ship internationally? Yes! We love our global customers. As a reminder all VAT, customs or processing fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
- How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification, with tracking information, at the email address on your PayPal account.
- What is your return policy? Should you need to return an item for some reason please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss. Due to sanitary concerns some items (plates, straws, cupcake toppers, and similar items) cannot be returned. Customized or personalized items are also non-refundable.
- My order arrived with some damage, can you help? Of course! We take care to package your items so they arrive safely, however, occasionally accidents happen. If your order arrived damaged please contact us immediately. Please do not discard your damaged item(s) or the packaging. Photos of damage may be requested to assist in filing insurance claims or for internal review.
- Do you accept custom or personalized orders? When time allows we love custom orders, please contact us to discuss. Due to trademark and copyright laws we are unable to accept requests for trademarked characters or themes.
- Do you offer discounts or use coupons? We do offer discounts or coupons on occasion, these are announced on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media so make sure to follow us and you’ll be the first to know of our promotions.
